Equipment & placement - Investigation
We returned to
David and Anne began in the main house by using Religious Provocation. Chris and the client waited outside so as to help control the environment inside the house, and for the client’s safety. While performing the provocation in the main house David and Anne both heard loud knocking coming from inside the attic above the living room area. (It is important to note that nothing was in the attic, and it had been sealed off since it was added to the home, no animals of any kind were in it.) While David was in the hallway directly below the attic entrance provoking, he felt a very cold breeze come out of the attic itself. Upon checking with Chris, who was still outside, it was verified that there was no breeze at that time. Secondly, the eves to the attic were not in a position that would have allowed for a breeze to come out of the attic in the direction it did. Furthermore, an EVP was caught at the exact time in which the breeze hit David. Upon completing the provocation session the team moved into the office to conduct and EVP session before heading to the spare house and trailer. The office was a room that we did not have time to check out during the first investigation. While in the office, we used a very mild form of Religious Provocation during the EVP session. While in the office, David felt something tug at his shirt while he was sitting down, but could not determine what caused it.
After completing the EVP session in the office David and Anne proceeded to the spare house to conduct a provoking session, and then did the same in the trailer. With no further activity, the team departed for the night around 10:00pm to head back to the hotel and prepare for the house blessing the next morning. Because the client was not affiliated with any church at the time, David agreed to perform the house blessing himself. This second investigation was done to gather the evidence needed to verify how strong and active the demon is so as to properly prepare for the house blessing ceremony. Below you will find some of the EVP’s from the second investigation. (*) This is the EVP that was captured at the exact time David felt the cold breeze come out of the attic. In it you hear what sounds like “They’re coming”.
(*) This EVP was captured while using a mild form of Religious Provocation. You will hear very clearly a sound of pain.
(*) This EVP was captured in the office while Chris and Anne were discussing the issues we were having with the equipment. You will hear it say very clearly the word “Why”. This is video taken in the spare house during the 2nd investigation... Watch under the small white TV in the middle of the screen... You'll see a small flash that we cannot explain... (Tech Manager Note: Upon review of this video, there was plenty of dust present, however it did not show itself in this maner... You could actually track the dust as it was floating by... If you watch the video before and after the flash, you cannot see any dust or bugs flying by... This may be dust, so it's still under analysis, but it was odd so we thought we'd show it for everyone else... Let us know if you think it's something different...) House Blessing Summary We arrived back at the home to conduct the house blessing at 10:00am the following morning. Equipment was again placed in various parts of the main house, spare house, and trailer. After the set up of equipment was completed, David and Anne began the house blessing ceremony by starting in the spare house. Chris and the client waited outside for the duration of the house blessing ceremony so as to keep the environment as controlled as possible, as well as for the client’s safety. No activity was experienced by David or Anne while blessing the spare house, and once completed, they moved to the trailer to bless it.
No activity was experienced in the trailer either while it was being blessed. When David and Anne entered the main house to begin the blessing they both noticed that the atmosphere in the home was considerably heavier as it was when they left after setting up the equipment. They began in the front of the house and worked their way to the back of the house where the children’s rooms and attic is located. While performing the blessing in the kitchen and dining room area David and Anne both heard some loud knocks and bangs. The rest of the house blessing was uneventful, and completed around 12:00pm. The client has reported very little activity since the house blessing, but was told to contact us if he wants, or feels like a second house blessing is necessary. Below you will find a few of the EVP’s from the house blessing ceremony. This is a loud bang that was captured during the house blessing ceremony. When bangs are recorded during a house blessing it is believed that it is the demon leaving the home, and disturbing the atmosphere as it does so. This is a belief that many priests share, as well as David. This EVP was captured as we were leaving the main house to set up equipment in the spare house and trailer before the house blessing ceremony began. In it you will hear the loud whisper of “Get Out”. (Tech Manager Note: The sqeaking noise you'll hear is the storm door closing as Dave and Anne were leaving. The EVP is right after the squeak) In this EVP you will hear 3 very faint knocks that were captured during the house blessing. When these types of knockings are heard during a house blessing, they are usually signs of protest. This is a second loud bang that was captured during the house blessing ceremony.
