Summary

This case came to the team from Colorado. The client first contacted David in November of last year. In the original email he stated that he was having some very concerning activity taking place in his home, and that he was afraid it may be demonic. After emailing each other a few times, and listening to the claims of activity, David concluded that this was a demonic case. Some of the claims of activity are above.  Because this case was in Colorado, and the team already had several active cases, David wasn’t able to go and help the client until May.

Between November 2009 and May 2010 David kept in contact with the client so as to help him fight this demon until he could arrive. During that time period the client would call David often to tell him that family members were being attacked and needed his help.
The phone calls would occur any time during the night.

On one such occasion the client’s wife called David to tell him that her husband was acting strange and saying weird things.  When this would occur it meant that the client was under demonic influence and not acting on his own. It is important to know here also that what was occurring was not possession as the two are completely different. On that occasion David told the client’s wife to put him on the phone. When he took the phone David was actually speaking with the demon because it was still influencing the client. David then commanded the demon to stop influencing the client. As soon as he did that the phone went dead.  David attempted to call the client back to no avail as he would receive a recording saying that the number was no longer in service or had been disconnected.  David knew this wasn’t right so he tried calling back only to hear the same thing.  

After about two minutes of trying to get back in touch with the client he was able to do so. When the client answered the phone he told David that he was okay, and that he felt like he just woke up from a bad dream because he could see what was happening but couldn’t stop it.

On another such occasion the client called David and was very upset with what had just happened to him. The client stated that he thought he had fallen under influence again. When David asked what happened the client told him that he came out of the influence only to find that his Bible had been ripped, and torn into pieces. Since he didn’t know for sure what had just happened he put his wife on the phone so that she could tell David exactly what happened because she was there with him and witnessed everything from start to finish. She explained to David that her husband started acting and saying weird things again. She also said that he started to rip up his own Bible and throw it on the floor.

Once he came out of it and saw what had happened he called David and was very upset.
While David was talking to the wife she told him that she thinks that her husband had slipped back under influence because he was now laughing and when she asked him if he was okay he said “Yes, WE’RE fine”. When she told David that, he asked her to put him back on the phone to talk to him. When she asked, he refused. David then told her to ask him again a few minutes later. When she asked him again he let out a very deep and guttural sounding “NO”, so loud David could hear it over the phone. There was no doubt in David’s mind that the demon was talking through the client at that time.  These would be the only times he would fall under influence as he had no further issues.

On May 8th, 2010, at approximately 11:00am that morning, David arrived to the client’s house.  Upon his arrival he could feel the demon in the home. Once he was settled in the home later that evening he began the interview with the client.  After completing the interview he began to discuss what would be done that night during the investigation and answered any and all questions that the client had.

At approximately 9:00pm that night David began to set up the equipment around the home. This home was not very large, so, he only used digital voice recorders and a digital camera. (See Tech Notes)

Upon completion of the equipment set-up the investigation began at approximately 9:30pm. The plan for the investigation was to conduct two EVP sessions, one in the living room and the other in the master bedroom, and then begin using Religious Provocation to make the demon show itself and then perform a binding ceremony. (The client did give David permission to use Religious Provocation before the investigation)

They began the first EVP session in the living room. While conducting the EVP session in the living room David asked if it was attached to the client. As soon as he asked the question the client became violently sick and began to vomit violently. It is important to note here that the client was not fighting any type of stomach virus at the time, nor did he eat anything that caused food poisoning. The client, the family, and David all ate the same thing for supper but no one else got sick.

Once the client began to vomit David commanded the demon to stop and leave the client alone, and it did so. The client had reported that the demon has, and would do that to him whenever he was alone, and at other times. Although the client became violently sick, this can not really be considered an “attack”, however, what did happen is more along the lines of demonization.

Once the client felt better David had the entire family leave the home as he was now ready to start the Religious Provocation and Binding ceremony.  Once the family was out of the home David began the two ceremonies and conducted them all over the house. While doing this he didn’t experience any activity. Upon completion of the two ceremonies the investigation was concluded. When the family came back home they discussed what had happened that night and David also went over how the house blessing and binding ceremonies over the client would be done the next day. The client then proceeded to go to bed around 3am, and David stayed up about an hour and a half more.

Investigation Evidence

This EVP was caught in the son's room. In it you will hear the demon say "Get Out" as David is leaving that room after checking on the equipment.

This EVP was caught in the living room while conducting an EVP session. In it you will hear the demon say "We will".

(*) This EVP was caught in the master bedroom while David was provoking. In it you will simply hear a grunt that was recorded around the bed. The client has reported seeing black shadows, etc. at night when trying to sleep as well as being attacked.

In this EVP you'll hear the demon say "The light, it hurts". This EVP was caught during the binding ceremony the night of the investigation.

House Blessing/ Binding Ceremonies Summary

The house blessing for this case was performed the day after the investigation.
Due to the fact that this case was in Colorado, and we’re not sure how soon we’ll be able to get back there again, David went ahead and did everything he could during this trip.

David prepared all week for what he would have to do once he got to Colorado. He has only performed a house blessing the day after the investigation in one other case, and doing that is not something that will be done unless it is absolutely necessary.
 
Before he started the house blessing, David performed a binding ceremony over the client’s wife so as to protect her from any further attacks in the future. After that he started to get ready to do the house blessing ceremony. David then spoke with the client about how the blessing would be performed and then he placed digital recorders in all of the same rooms as the night before. Upon completing the set-up of the equipment he began the house blessing.

He started in the Kitchen and worked his way through the home to the other end of the house where the bedrooms were located. This home did not have a basement or attic to start and finish in. David did not hear nor see anything while performing the house blessing but he could feel the demon’s presence.

He completed the house blessing in the Master bedroom since there’s no basement or attic in the home, and because he started on the other end of the house.

Upon completing the house blessing, David stopped to rest and re-charge for a while before performing the binding ceremony over the client. Once he finished resting for a bit he went ahead and performed the binding ceremony over the client so as to protect him from any possible future attacks.

Afterwards, he packed up his things and equipment and sat and talked with the client about the case and how to handle things in the future.  The client is no longer afraid of this demon, nor is his family. David does believe that with the fear being gone from the family, and that they have all experienced negative activity first hand, and that they are a strong united family front, that they can fight this demon. David will go back and perform a second house blessing if it is needed.
 
At 2:15pm David left the client’s house and began his trip back home to North Carolina.

Below you will find one of the EVP’s from the house blessing. Several EVP’s were caught such as banging and knocking at the beginning of the house blessing. Although these were definite EVP’s and signs of protesting by the demon, they can not be used due to some contamination that occurred at the beginning of the house blessing. However, David will still able to use them for his own personal records in order to help fight this demon.

At the time that this summary is being written, we are happy to report that the client has felt a major difference in the home. The wife has even stated that she looks forward to coming home from work everyday now whereas she didn’t in the past because she knew what was waiting there.

House Blessing Evidence

This EVP was caught in the master bedroom. In it you will hear a weak and drawn out "No" that was caught right at the end of the house blessing itself.
