Investigation Summary

We arrived to the case on September 12th, 2009 around 6:30pm. Upon our arrival we met the family and were taken on a tour of the home so as to see where the activity had been taking place. Once the tour of the home was completed we set up audio, as well as video equipment throughout the house (See Tech. Notes for placement).

After the placement of equipment was finished we explained to the client how things would be done that night and why. We then broke off into two teams, and began the investigation. David, Christopher, Chad, and the client's son was on one team. Anne, the client, and her 2 daughters were on the other. David & Christopher's team began on the first floor of the home, while Anne's team began on the second floor. This home actually has three floors with the way it was built as the attic is currently being converted into another room.

Both teams conducted EVP sessions in several rooms of their respective floors. David & Christopher's team started in the garage by conducting an EVP session. One of the claims of activity was that something would bang on the garage door at times. While conducting the EVP session, no personal experiences were had so we moved to the living room area to do some work there.

While conducting an EVP session in this room Chad and David both heard what seemed to be a knock or pop of some kind coming from just above us. Chad also thought that he saw a dark shadow moving in the kitchen a few feet away. No other experiences took place while in this room.

Once both teams finished up on their respective floors we all took a break before switching. At this time Anne and David decided to go ahead and start using Religious Provocation throughout the home to go ahead and try to get some type of response.

We began the provocation session on the third floor but we didn’t feel as if anything was on that floor with us at the time so we left. We then proceeded to the bonus room and while in there Anne advised me that something had touched her. She said that it felt as if someone had walked up behind her and pushed down on her shoulders. This would happen twice while in the bonus room, along with some faintly audible noises that we could not quite pinpoint. They then moved to the master bedroom where we began provoking. While in this room we both started to notice a strange musky type smell. Anne also advised me that it felt like something had hit or brushed against her foot by the door to the bedroom while David had just walked out of the room into the hallway. No further activity was experienced during this session so we decided to stop and meet back up with the rest of team.

The rest of the investigation was spent with the two teams taking turns in and out of the house. Towards the end of the investigation Chris, Chad, David, and the client’s son witnessed a green glowing light up in the attic while they were standing outside in the yard. This light was contained within a metal cylinder in the ceiling. The strange thing is that there was no bulb within this cylinder, nor was there any wiring running into it. The glow, which resembled a glow-in-the-dark appliqué, lasted for approximately 20-30 seconds and then completely flashed out.

We wrapped up the investigation a little before midnight with David and Anne going throughout the home to perform a binding ceremony. To date, the owner has reported little activity, and we will be returning to the home soon to reveal the evidence captured from the first investigation, as well as look into performing a second investigation before conducting a house blessing.

EVP’s

This EVP was a cubby located in the son's room. In it you'll hear some banging and movement. The cubby was sealed off throughout the investigation, and no one entered it that night.

In this EVP you'll hear a dog bark in the living room just before our walkie goes off. No dogs were present at the time.

This EVP was also captured inside the cubby. You'll hear some speaking that was captured during the investigation. No one was in or around the cubby at the time, and you can tell that it is coming from inside the cubby. We have believe we've been able to identify some of what it's saying is in Latin.

In this EVP you'll hear what sounds like something blowing into the mic of the recorder.

House Blessing - December 6, 2009

Christopher and David arrived to the client’s house around 11:45am on Sunday, December 6th, 2009 to conduct the house blessing. Anne was unable to join them due to being sick that day. Upon their arrival,

Christopher and David discussed very briefly the plan for conducting the house blessing with the client.
As soon as they finished speaking with the client they began to set-up their equipment around the home.

Most of the family left the home while the house blessing was being done, but, one family member did stay behind and sat quietly in the living room throughout the ceremony. Upon completion of equipment set-up David began the house blessing by starting in the garage with Christopher accompanying him.

Nothing was reported while blessing the garage, nor were there any experiences while blessing the entire first floor of the home. David and Christopher then moved to the second floor where David began in the hallway. While David was walking up and down the hallway Christopher thought he heard a faint scream or yell coming from one of the bedrooms. David did not hear this unfortunately.

Once the hallway was completed, David then moved to the bedrooms where he blessed each one individually, as is standard protocol. Neither David nor Christopher had any further experiences on the second floor while blessing it, so they proceeded to the attic to complete the house blessing ceremony. As with the first floor, David and Christopher failed to experience anything in the attic during the blessing. Once finished, they broke down all the equipment and went over some guidelines with the client before leaving. David feels that this house blessing could possibly drive the demon from the home permanently since the binding ceremony that was performed at the investigation did so well and lasted so long. David also feels that it is possible that the demon could be attached to the client and not the home, so, if that is the case the client will also need a personal blessing to break the bond. Either way, only time will tell. In the meantime, we will stay in touch with the client and continue to offer our help and services until the case has been resolved.
