Investigation Summary

This case was another local one for our team. Some of the claims of activity are seeing apparitions in the woods, the client hears their names being called from the woods, seeing black masses and mists, feelings of being watched, do not want to go into certain rooms in the home, the little girl does not want to be in her bedroom at all even if someone is with her, and some people have been scratched and or pushed.  
The team arrived at the client’s home on March 27th, 2010 at approximately 3:30pm. Upon arrival, and entering the home, David and Christopher both felt the presence of the demon very strongly. While Anne spoke with the client downstairs, David and Christopher proceeded upstairs to look around. Upon entering the second floor, David and Christopher again felt the presence of the demon and actually had to sit down because the feeling was so strong.

After David and Anne finished talking with the client about how things would be done during the investigation they both proceeded upstairs so that David could let her feel that it was there. Upon entering the second floor, Anne did feel it too. After coming back downstairs, the team began to set up the equipment around the home. (See Tech. Notes for set-up)

Upon completion of equipment set up David had the client give them a verbal walk through of the home one more time to see if the client would remember any other activity that had been taking place in the home.
The investigation began with one team remaining inside the home, and the other investigating the woods outside. David and Christopher walked the trails in the woods behind the house as the client had reported seeing strange lights and hearing their names being called from the woods at night. It is important to note here that there are no other houses behind the client’s as it is just miles of woods. There is one abandoned house deep in the woods however. While David and Christopher were walking the trail they both witnessed a strange mist drift by in front of them. When they tried to recreate it they were unable to. It needs to be noted here that it was not cold enough outside for anyone to see their breath, no one was smoking, and there was no fog that night. While walking on the trail, David and Christopher witnessed some very strange lights deep in the woods that could not be explained either. The lights appeared to be at ground level and would move around instead of staying stationary. It is important to note here that there are no roads, homes, or neighborhoods in the section of woods that these lights appeared. The woods themselves go on for miles and are very dense. N.A.D.P does not claim that the lights that were witnessed are paranormal in nature, but, it was an interesting experience and they will be looked into in more detail at the next investigation.

While David and Christopher had been outside, Anne and her team remained inside where she led EVP sessions in several rooms of the home. At one point during an EVP session downstairs, Anne and her team heard what seemed to be walking upstairs above them. It was at this time that Anne decided to go investigate the upstairs and hold some EVP sessions up there.

Upon completion of the EVP sessions upstairs, Anne and her team met with David and his team downstairs to take a break and switch up. After the break Anne took her team and did some EVP work in the little girl’s room while David and his team did some EVP work in the Master bedroom. Both teams reported no activity at this time and both teams took another short break. During the break David decided that he would go ahead and begin the religious provocation session next. (David did receive permission to use religious provocation from the client before hand.)

While David and the team were getting ready to start again, the motion sensor in the sealed off upstairs cubby was triggered. At this time Anne took everyone outside to wait as well as investigate the woods around and behind the home. Christopher remained inside with David and they immediately went upstairs to investigate the cubby. Upon entering the cubby nothing was found to have been disturbed or out of place so David began the session. Christopher remained with David during the entire provocation session. David began on the second floor going through every room. While he was on the east end of the house, Christopher heard what he thought to be movement coming from inside one of the access points to the cubby. He also thought he saw one of the doors being pushed opened or shaking. Neither David nor Christopher experienced anything further so they moved downstairs to continue the session there. David also covered every room downstairs accept for the little girl’s room; David would wait to do that room when Anne was with him just before he performed a binding ceremony to wrap up the investigation. No further activity was experienced on the first floor and David concluded the session. Anne and her team reported no activity in the woods while they were out there.
After a very short break, Christopher remained outside with the client, while David and Anne went back inside to perform a short provocation session in the little girl’s room. Neither David nor Anne experienced anything in the girl’s room so they finished the investigation with David performing a binding ceremony throughout the entire home.

N.A.D.P is very happy to report that a great deal was accomplished with just the first investigation. By the time the team left the little girl was smiling, laughing, and playing for the first time in months. She even went into her room by herself, with the door closed, and watched TV. We were also able to validate some of the claims of activity that the family had been experiencing. N.A.D.P. will be returning for one more investigation to gather more evidence before a house blessing is performed. Below you will find some of the EVP’s that were captured during this investigation.

House Blessing - July 31, 2010

*Due to some very severe cases received by N.A.D.P this past spring the client and David arranged to hold off on this house blessing so that the other more severe cases could be dealt with. The client was happy to do this as the binding that David performed during their first investigation had been working well, and the other cases being worked on were much more severe than this one. David did of course keep in touch with the client between the first investigation and house blessing

David arrived to the client’s house on July 31st, 2010 at approximately 3:30pm to conduct the house blessing ceremony. Upon David’s arrival he spoke with the client about how the activity in the home had been and briefly discussed N.A.D.P’s findings from their first investigation. David did not go over any of the findings from the first investigation as he wanted to wait until after the house blessing so as to be able to go over everything at once. The client reported that since the first investigation the activity in the home had been fairly quiet.

Once David finished talking with the client he began to set up equipment around the house. He placed digital recorders in the Living room, Master bedroom, Daughter’s bedroom, second floor hallway, and inside a cubby on the second floor.

Upon completion of the equipment set up David advised the family how long it would take to perform the house blessing and then proceeded to begin after the family left the home. David began in the Living room and worked his way around the first floor before heading upstairs to do the second floor. After completing the Living room David proceeded to do the Kitchen, Master bedroom, Family room, Office, and Children’s rooms. David did not feel or experience anything while performing the blessing on the first floor.
Once completed with the first floor David proceeded to the second floor to begin the house blessing ceremony there. David began on one side of the house and worked his way to the other while blessing any rooms in between as well as the hallway. As soon as he finished all the rooms and hallway on the second floor he then proceeded to perform a blessing in the cubby last. Nothing was felt or experienced by David while performing the blessing on this floor either. Upon finishing the house blessing David packed up all the equipment and headed out around 5pm. The client did report to David that the atmosphere of the home felt a lot better and lighter to everyone when they returned.

David and the N.A.D.P team will be returning to the client’s home very soon so as to be able to perform a binding over the client’s family, and bless the property as well.
